Aislinn Jones is a photographer in Seattle. She graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor’s in Visual Journalism and concentration in Art History. During her time at Western, she held multiple editor roles for three campus publications. She has been involved with photography for almost a decade - from recreation and competitions, to journalistic and freelance projects. She currently works as a lab tech, and is hands-on with analog film development and editing with the help of her peers.

She is a self-proclaimed “jack of all trades,” so her work is varied, but what remains the same is the merging of traditional photojournalism and a love for the experimental and the abstract, where photo is the vehicle to tell the tale. She doesn’t consider herself to photograph for any specific genre - she sees something while out and about, and finds the story that exists in front of her.
